About Poligram
Our Story
Mike Osburn founded PoliGRAM in 2006, based on a simple concept: “We’re Better Together”.
Having worked with and for a variety of groups in the past, Mike had seen first-hand that the most effective organizations were not the ones with the most charismatic leaders, the biggest bank accounts or the most compelling causes. Although powerful assets, these things could never overcome a silo mentality, which fractured teams and sabotaged goals. Instead, the best organizations were those that leveraged the strengths of all their individual members and fostered a culture of collaboration both internally and externally. The idea caught on.
As PoliGRAM grew and evolved and as Mike followed a calling to public service, he realized that he, too, could only advance with the help of others. That’s when he asked Marian Free, PoliGRAM’s Director of Operations, to join the team. Like Mike, Marian believes that we are created for community; we achieve exponentially more when we engage others who share our goals.
Mike, Marian and Holly each bring unique experience, skills and personal strengths to the table. They are truly “Better Together”, and they are poised to help your organization unleash its full potential.
Great talent, deep pockets, sincere conviction and hard work is great. But it isn’t enough. To create true change and move the needle, many must push as one. At PoliGRAM, we believe that effectively bringing people together matters, and it ultimately makes the difference between existing and excelling. Join us in choosing excellence!

Business was good. Their clients were satisfied, growing and achieving more, but Mike and Marian knew it wasn’t enough. New trends were taking shape among associations–leadership voids and lagging engagement–so they turned to an obvious resource: Mike’s wife, Holly, a PhD and an expert in organizational leadership.
